adidas is preparing to take the name, image, and likeness deals to a new level.
The brand is reportedly offering a NIL deal to athletes at each of its sponsored schools. Each athlete would be a paid affiliate ambassador for the Three Stripes.
More than 50,000 student-athletes across 23 sports and 109 schools will be eligible through the program, with the network roll-out beginning with HBCUs and Power-5 conference partners in Fall 2022. By April 2023, every qualified adidas school will have access to the program for its student-athletes.
