Aime Leon Dore Puts Its Spin On The New Balance 1000

Thanks to New Balance’s MADE Creative Director Teddy Santis, much of what New Balance releases has a touch of Aime Leon Dore’s influence. The ALD Founder has delivered several well-received MADE in USA collections, and now he’s back with another official collab between his employer and the company he founded. The Aime Leon Dore x New Balance 1000 follows in the footsteps of Joe Freshgoods, who was tapped earlier this year to bring energy to the newly revived 1000 model. The understated Sea Salt and Concrete colorway features  a debossed ‘Aimé†wordmark overlay at the forefoot, reflective details, co-branded woven tongue label and sockliner, and a rubberized ‘N†logo. The pair also comes with special packaging and a Aimé†hangtag.
