The Air Jordan 2 had a major year in 2022 in celebration of its 35th anniversary. The sneaker saw an array of collaborations from J. Balvin, Union, and so many more.
The celebration of the silhouette is continuing into 2023 with an all-new colorway of the Low variation of the AJ2. The upcoming Air Jordan 2 Low “Cherrywood” keeps it simple with a Chicago Bulls-esque colorway.
The silhouette comes dressed in white leather and suede overlays in place of the sneaker’s usual reptilian scales. A dark hue of red appears throughout to accent the sneaker, including the wings logo on the tongue, the piping on the overlays, the sockliner, and the heel counter. A white midsole and a grey midsole complete the look. The Air Jordan 2 Low “Cherrywood” is expected to release during Summer 2023 for $150 via Nike and select retailers.
