Aleali May is in rare company when it comes to footwear collaborations. The LA native is responsible for some of the most popular Air Jordan designs of the last decade and has since launched her own apparel brand, MAYDE Worldwide. For MAYDE’s first collaboration, May team up with Clarks for an LA take on the classic Wallabee silhouette. The collection features five colorways: Pacific Blue, Terracotta, Sand, Sunshine, and Coral Cord. May matched the beachy color palette with what’s become one of her signature materials, corduroy. Most famously, corduroy was used on her 2017 Air Jordan 1 which took inspiration from house slippers.
The Clarks Originals x MAYDE Wallabee Boot is now available in UK sizes 3-12.
