Yoon Ahn’s AMBUSH brand has a long history of collaboration with Nike, recently reviving the 90s hoop shoe, the Nike Air Adjust Force, in a multitude of colorways. After remixing the Air Force 1 for its 40th anniversary, AMBUSH and Nike are returning to the legendary silhouette for two new colorways an off-white “Phantom” colorway and a “Black” iteration.
The AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 “Phantom” features an off-white leather base with black Swooshes, whilst the AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 “Black” edition comes with a black leather upper and stark white Swooshes. Both of the AMBUSH x Air Force 1s come constructed with a lightly tumbled leather base and an oversized rubber Swoosh. AMBUSH branding appears on the tongue tags, outsole, and specially added heel counter. Special 3D ”AF-1” lace dubraes and co-branded packaging complete the look. The AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Phantom” and “Black” are set to release on February 28 via Nike and select retailers for $190.
