San Francisco based skate shop Atlas is getting ready to be the latest shop to collaborate with Nike SB on their very own Dunk. Dubbed the Atlas x Nike SB Dunk High “Lost At Sea, the shoe is set to drop later this season with an official release date to be announced soon. While we wait for the drop date, official images via Nike have given us a sneak peek at the vintage-inspired collab. The shoe’s cream laces and its vintage-styled “aged” midsole are the most striking visual elements of the shoe but there are plenty of vintage-inspired details scattered throughout the shoe as well. The shoe’s all-white upper is pre-distressed to give it the look of cracked paint and leather you’d find on a 1985 Jordan 1 or an OG Dunk. Furthermore, if you look just underneath the baby blue Swoosh you’ll find some orange detailing that mimics the look of glue stains as if someone tried to fix up or alter the Swoosh detailing once upon a time. The shoe’s pre-worn look gives it a lot of life to start off with and they’re sure to further distress beautifully after daily wear and tear.
