Some follow up from last night:

  • It is possible Bodega goes into password protected mode before release but I really doubt it. If you don’t know how to handle this, I would go to this course to freshen up: https://solesavy.com/lessons/minutes-before-release-password-protected-site/
  • It’s also possible Bodega does question/answer for this release to cart, but I have doubts they will do this. If they do that, it will act something like it does in this video at the 3:57m mark: https://www.loom.com/share/cef9efdf6f9149689a1fe854fc73b351

  • Because of the recent bot changes I don’t recommend trying to get too smart with /checkpoint and just do it organically
  • If you are going to be on mobile, I recommend taking a simpler approach and using the monitor to add to cart and apple pay to order
  • The #_monitor-bodega channel is working and live, so please use this for release tomorrow

Advanced Pre-Cart Step by Step:

  1. Clear cache/cookies
  2. Go to the website https://bdgastore.com and login to your account, save an address
  3. Find any item to pre-cart with, add that item to your cart
  4. Wait for a few minutes before release time to begin checkout OR wait for staff to announce the queue is live
  5. Get into queue
  6. Open a new tab
  7. In the new tab be prepared to find the product you want and add it to cart (use monitors, early links etc, whatever the option is)
  8. At release, add the item you want to cart and remove the one you dont
  9. Go back to the tab you were in queue before, you will be through queue by now
  10. Refresh and it will take you to checkpoint
  11. Do checkpoint and then you will continue to payment
  12. Your cart will be updated with the correct item in cart
  13. Continue to order
