(UPDATE September 22, 2020): The Bodega x New Balance 997S “Better Days” has been confirmed to release this Friday, September 25th for $160 USD.
Releasing later this Fall/Winter season for $160 USD, Bodega is getting ready to drop the final piece of their ongoing New Balance 997S collaborations. Continuing in the vibrant, patchwork stylings of their previous “No Bad Days” and “No Days Off” colorways, the Bodega x New Balance 997S “Better Days” is a fitting conclusion to the project.
Each shoe shares the same color blocking but in different textures depending on whether they’re on the lateral or medial sides of the shoe. The lateral side features tan leather side panels, a bumpy, red leather ankle, cream mesh toeboxes, and dark grey, suede mudguard. The opposite side features a tan, hairy suede in lieu of leather side paneling and smooth red leather on the ankles. Further hits of color appear on the mismatched yellow and purple “N” logos and the textured, brown leather on the posterior portion of the shoe. All this sits atop a grey/yellow Abzorb + Encap Reveal midsole for that sporty level of comfort. Stay tuned to SoleSavy for further release details.
