Celebrate Pride Month in This Year’s Nike Dunk Low “Be True”

As Pride month comes to a close, Nike reminds you to “Be true to your DNA.” Nike will add an eye-popping Dunk Low to its “Be True” campaign this summer.

This Nike Dunk Low is specifically unique, utilizing silver patent leather and grid-like iridescent overlays paired with a milky semi-translucent rubber outsole. “Nike” appears on its heel in a funky and futuristic font, and to wrap things up, the silhouette has crips white shoelaces. 

In 2012, Nike debuted its “BeTrue” campaign, supporting and advocating for equality in LGBTQIA+ communities. Last summer, the brand released a Nike SB Dunk Low featuring rainbow wear-away panels and a colorful Nike Cortez. For the 2023 collection, weâ€ll see the “Be True” iterations of the Nike Terminator High and Nike Air Max 97.
