CLOT Closes Out Its Nike Cortez Trilogy in Red, White, and Blue

Clot Nike Cortez Clotez Red White Blue

CLOT’s trilogy of the Cortez “CLOTEZ” is coming to a close with an OG colorway.

The modular house and martial arts shoe is dropping in red, white, and blue — the dressing that defined the Cortez’s debut in 1972. Red and blue are split between the two separate pieces that come together to form a house shoe. The outermost layer starts with a white base and sees the partial Swoosh, hardware, midsole, stripe, and outsole rendered in blue. The inner, laced shoe intended to be worn for martial arts then utilizes red for its Swoosh, as well as the mustache and tongue patch.

Nike’s logo stakes its claim on the right tongue, with CLOT’s following suit on the left. And on the heel you’ll find the Chinese characters for “Kung Fu” spelled out across the mustaches.

The third and final variant for the “CLOTEZ” will drop April 7 through Juice and select other retailers for $140. Download the DROPS by SoleSavy app to get updates on all the latest sneaker news.
