DENHAM The Jean Maker x Nike Air Max Collection Arriving September

World-renowned Dutch denim manufacturer DENHAM The Jeanmaker will be dropping a reinvented set of classic Nike Air Max models throughout the month of September. The collection will consist of the previously revealed Nike Air Max 1 and Air Max 95 “OG Neon” as well as a denim-clad take on the Air Max 90 “Infrared”.

Similar to its AM 95 counterpart, the AM 90 “Infrared” uses the same color blocking and silhouette as the original model but replaces all the leather tooling with different shades of dyed denim. While the premium construction of DENHAM’s denim is a key selling point for the shoes, each model will eventually distress in unique ways as they are worn more and more. The natural fades, tears, and scratches that would “ruin” a standard leather shoe will instead add character to the shoe and give it a perpetually longer lifespan. The AM 1  model is by far the most limited – and expensive – of the trio, releasing September 18th for $300 USD. This will be followed by the AM 90 “Infrared” ($160 USD)  AM 95 “OG Neon” ($180 USD) which both release on September 25th.
