How To Spot Fake Jordan 1 x Off-White “UNC”

I wanted to let you all know that you need to be REALLY careful when dealing with these Facebook Raffle Groups. More and more of them are popping up and I continue to hear stories about shady things going on.

Hype Central Canada (whether they knew it or not) provided what we believe is a fake pair of Jordan 1 Off-White UNC to a member. On this page you will find a comparison of the difference in the shoes, its very minor but we compared 5 authentic pairs to this 1 pair from the raffle group.

We deemed the shoes fake because of this difference. The 5 authentic pairs we compared all had the same white hole/puncture when it was on top of the tet. The fake pair was clearly filled in with ink.

While this could be a manufacture defect, we can not verify they are real and in turn would not recommend purchasing any pairs that look like this.

For any of these groups, if they got the shoes from StockX and then take the verification tags off, their word is good for nothing. It’s a stupid move to remove the tags if you’re doing these type of raffles.
