Kanye West has called out adidas over the design of the Three Stripes’ adilette 22 design.
West, the artist and footwear designer, took it to Instagram to call out the brand over the slide, claiming that his adidas Yeezy partnership and its design influenced the brand’s in-line slide offering.
“THIS IS YE,” West stated on Instagram. “These shoes represent the disrespect that people in power have to the talent,” West added. “This shoe is a fake Yeezy made by adidas themselves. I’m not talking to DC about this either Kasper come talk to me. Happy Monday.”
