Over the weekend, Kanye West went viral. From revealing that signing Big Sean to G.O.O.D Music was a mistake to addressing his dicey relationship with Drake, Kanye, as expected, was unfiltered. His appearance on DJ EFN and N.O.R.E.’s YouTube Show, Drink Champs quickly became must-see entertainment.

In addition to him opening up about his relationships, Kanye West made it known that he still had some wrongs to right for Beanie Sigel. Sigel, an industry legend, coined the “Yeezy” nickname for Mr. West and soon took over from the studio into the sneaker world with his previous line at Nike and the goliath-sized partnership that’s now with adidas and Gap, which has elevated the artist to a $1.8 Forbes-estimated net worth.

“I still owe Beanie money, and I been trying to give him this money for a minute,” he said to DJ EFN and N.O.R.E. “I been trying to give it to him. This man made up the name. It’s like, you know, the lady who made the Nike Swoosh. Phil Knight went back and made sure she was straight.”

Thereafter, Beanie Sigel was captured in a club stating that Kanye West called him saying that a $50 million payment and 5% stock in Yeezy would be in order.
