New Balance is teaming up with the one-and-only Mache, known for his custom sneaker creations for athletes in every league. Mache and New Balance link up on the 57/40, one of the brand’s newest silhouettes, a modern adaptation of the brand’s signature dad-shoe aesthetic.
The upcoming Mache x New Balance 57/40 takes inspiration from pizza ahead of National Pizza Day on February 9. The Mache x New Balance 57/40 “Pizza” is a mixture of a dough-inspired tan, oregano green, and other seasonings for the perfect pizza. The upcoming slice is topped with pepperoni and other toppings on the insole, while a red and white checkered tablecloth pattern drapes the tongue and co-branded logo on the insole.
An official release date has not been announced. However, we expect the Mache x New Balance 57/40 “Pizza” to release on FootLocker.com and potentially NewBalance.com on February 9.
