The New Balance 574 has long been one of the staple choices in the world of footwear. The silhouette fits perfectly in with streetwear aesthetics and the casual wearer. After taking on a collection of various New Balance silhouettes, famed Chicago designer Joe Freshgoods is adding a New Balance 574 to the previously released “Conversations Amongst Us” collection that included the 550 and 2002R.
The New Balance 574 “Conversations Amongst Us” retains most of the same design qualities as the rest of the collection. It features a nylon ripstop base in cream color on the upper. White leather overlays cover the ripstop base while metallic silver “N” logos on the sides add a bit of shine to the muted colorway. Finishing details include “Conversations Amongst Us” branding on the heels, the white and cream coloring of the ENCAP midsole, and the marbled coloring of the outsole.
