Having a major release like this basically a few days into a new membership month hasn’t allowed for us to properly train and prep you all for how something of this magnitude works. It also seems a lot more original members tuned into this drop than prior ones in September and it was their first time.
Releases like this require experience to know how to handle various situations when the landscape changes on you and new situations are thrown into the fold. I tried to guide you all as best as I could today so hopefully you can build on todays drop to help you in the future.
I do see a lot of people won raffles which is great and I’m glad that worked out for you all. The online releases today were generally a da mess. SSENSE cancelled fa lot of orders but also shipped alot. Haven opted to put less stock online and a new bot update crushed them. Nike.ca release might as well have not happened.
