2023 is looking to be the year of the Nike Foamposite One, with the “Metallic Red” colorway returning and the rare white Penny Hardaway PE finally releasing this year. Now it is being reported that the Nike Air Foamposite One “Anthracite,” first released in 2007 and most recently seen in 2020, is making a comeback this holiday season.
The sneaker is reported to be faithful to the original release with a molded black shell upper, nubuck accents around the eyelets, and mesh tongue. Black branding that matches the shoe perfects the tonal vibe, while a semi-translucent black outsole completes the look. The Nike Air Foamposite One “Anthracite” is rumored to release late this year via Nike and select retailers. The price has been set at $240.
