Nike continues to celebrate a classic. The Swoosh brought back The Kid’s signature in 2021 for the 25th anniversary of the Air Griffey Max 1 in OG colorways as well as new takes. Building on last year’s momentum, the Air Griffey Max 1 is headed to Los Angeles with its latest colorway.
The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “Los Angeles” draws inspiration from LA’s sunsets as a gradient neoprene base is paired with black nubuck overlays. Blue and yellow details arrive on the tongue tag, heel Swoosh, and midsole.
A release date for the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “Los Angeles” has not been announced. However, we expect the pair to release on SNKRS and select retailers for $170 in the upcoming weeks. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
