Continuing with Nike’s recent commitment to environmental consciousness and sustainability, the upcoming Air VaporMax 2020 – revealed at NYFW and set to debut on the podiums of this summer’s Olympic gold medalist – will feature FlyKnit upper composed 75% out of recycled manufacturing waste.
This newest version of the VaporMax is also laceless, opting for Nike’s FlyEase, slip-on technology instead of traditional shoelaces. Initial colorways will feature a marbled heel cup and a speckled blue, green, orange and yellow patterning across the grey FlyKnit, catching the eye’s attention at any angle.
