Nike SB Unveils its Dunk Collection for the Tokyo Olympics

The Olympics are just weeks away, and the Swoosh is already receiving a standing ovation for its upcoming drops.

Following the unveiling of the Parra x Nike SB “Federation Jerseys” and the “Rawdacious” pack that includes all of the performance footwear being worn at the summer games, we now get a look at what Nike SB is cooking up.

Nike SB is tapping the legendary Unicorn Gundam as two versions of the Nike SB Dunk High are an homage to modes of the Gundam from the original storyline. Both pairs feature interchangeable Swoosh, which ties back to the Japanese toys’.

In addition to the Highs, three Lows are releasing.

FTC Skate, a staple in San Francisco, takes a dip for its collaborative SB Dunk Low. Inspired by Sentō, a communal bathhouse in Japan, translucent outsoles and light blue details paired with a white upper perfectly capture its muse.

Quartersnacks taps its wild side as the NYC skate shop uses a zebra print on the upper. It’s fitting that Quartersnacks, a long-time partner with Nike SB, gets its shoe on the board for the Olympics.

Parra, the iconic Dutch staple, takes its renowned colors onto the Nike SB Dunk Low.  A combination of geographic patterns takes over the shoe for an eye-catching design. The Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low will be the official shoe for the Olympics.
