The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Goes Bold in “Worn Blue”

Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Worn Blue

Fresh off the reveal of the “Doernbecher” designed by 11-year-old Jaren Heacock, Nike has another bright variant of the Zoom Vomero 5 coming through the pipeline.

The dynamic runner is set to release soon in “Worn Blue,” a striking mix of its namesake hue along with “Football Grey” and white. Sitting atop the mesh base are leather overlays and plastic sidepanels, all of which make use of both “Worn Blue” and “Dutch Blue.” 3M reflective detailing ensure the kicks are even more noticeable when hit with light, while Zoom Air insoles provide the cushioning.

Originally released in 2011, the Zoom Vomero 5 has seen a resurgence amid a wider trend toward technical, dad friendly kicks. “Worn Blue” marks the boldest color scheme yet for in-house releases, so be sure not to miss it when it drops this spring. Retail for the pair is set at $160. Download the DROPS by SoleSavy app to keep up to date with this release and more.
