New Balance’s football presence continues to grow. The Boston-based brand has unveiled its latest on-pitch endeavor as the brand has officially welcomed Brazil’s Red Bull Bragantino to the NB team.
The Brasileirão Série A team has signed a sponsorship deal with the brand for the 2022 season, making it the first Brazilian football team to work with New Balance.
RB Bragantino was established in 1928 and has recently been making a resurgence in Brazil’s top-flight league. Throughout its 94-year history, RB Bragantino has won the Sao Paulo state Championship and Runner-ups in the Brazilian League during the ’90s. Following the Red Bull acquisition in 2019, the club made its way to the finals of 2021 Copa Sudamericana and qualified for its first-ever edition of Copa Libertadores in 2022.
The partnership will see New Balance working alongside RB Bragantino to deliver world-class designs, including kits, training, lifestyle, and travel apparel.

RB Bragantino products will be sold at New Balance retail stores in Brazil. The Massa Bruta will don its New Balance-sponsored kits in late April, solidifying the club as the first ever to wear the NB logo in Série A.
