Reebok and Panini Prizm Tease Upcoming Collaboration

When you think about it, trading cards and sneakers have more in common. Theyâ€ve both built a community based on collecting and trading. Both often have roots in a love for a sports star and revolve around the hunt for the grail piece. Reebok and Panini, a leader in sports trading cards, have officially joined forces for a collection focused on merging the two mutual love of collecting in both audiences.

Last week, Reebok and Allen Iverson came out and teased a friends and family colorway of the Reebok Question based on the Panini Prizm trading cards. The collection was limited to 100 pairs and even included trading cards made by Panini. A metallic blue upper and golden toe recall a Player exclusive Allen wore during his Nuggets days back in 2007. Panini branding on the lace eyelets and heel tie it all together.

While this colorway wonâ€t be released to the public, with a slew of iconic basketball silhouettes in the Reebok archives, there are endless possibilities for this partnership.Â
