Reebok is really pulling out all the stops in 2020. After breaking new ground with an upcoming Palace collaboration, the adidas-sister company has just revealed a wild new collab with the “Ghostbusters” movie franchise.
First, there’s the Ghostsbusters x Reebok Classic Leather, the tamer of the bunch. A nametag-styled Reebok logo replaces the traditional logo window on the lateral sides and a rubber Ghostbuster logo emblem replaces the traditional tongue tag as well. One of the film’s iconic quotes “Ready To” & “Believe You” are featured on the left and right heels respectively. Black/yellow caution tape accents appear on the heel and lace stays.
Next is the Ghostbusters x Reebok Ghost Stomper, made to replicate the ghostbusting crew’s “Proton Pack” – the series’ flagship ghosthunting tool. Plastic pumps and wires are attached to the heels of the shoe to replicate the vacuum backpack weapon with pre-distressed midsole adding to the retro feel of the kicks. “3 2 1” in red text appears on the straps and more Ghostbusters logos can be found on the lace stays.
