(UPDATE November 3, 2020): The sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle in “Sail” and “Black” colorways will officially launch November 6th in the EU, followed by a North American release on November 13th. The shoes will retail for $180 USD.
The long-teased sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle will be debuting in its inaugural “Sail” and “Black” colorways later next month. As pictured below in these official images, the sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle has maintained the look we all got glimpses at during Nike’s New York Fashion Week showcase. The shoes maintain the double-stacked look of their previous collaborations, with double laces, tongues, and Swooshes abound. The double-stacked, foam midsole is disrupted by an extra foam wedge in between the layers resulting in a triple-stacked midsole. The upper is constructed mainly out of lightweight mesh with leather and suede detailing added throughout. Stay tuned to SoleSavy for further release details.
