Sean Wotherspoon’s biggest collaboration since his stellar 2017 Nike Air Max 97/1 is coming back very soon. Following its initial Japan-only release The Sean Wotherspoon x atmos x ASICS GEL-Lyte 3 will be released on August 7th via a joint raffle between UBIQ and atmos NYC and an in-store release through Round Two stores. An EU release has been delayed to later this month. Men’s sizes will retail for $165 USD while GS sizes will be $80.
This shoe is characteristic of Wotherspoon’s AM 97/1 and his love of vintage design as seen through its vibrant color blocking and prominent use of corduroy. Multiple velcro patches featuring Wotherspoon designed graphics and ASICS Tiger Stripes in a variety of colors are added to the packaging allowing you to customize the medial and lateral sides of the shoe as you please.
