UK retailer size? continues to churn out the collaborations this year. Teaming up with adidas and their classic Superstar silhouette, the two are working on a colorful makeover of a collab for the shoe’s 50th anniversary.
Based on a regular leather Superstar as its base, the size? rework adds unique patterning and bright colors to the mix. The side panels are split into three portions, each of which references the classic adidas “City Series” pack: white leather with a London flag pattern, followed by light blue leather with a Buenos Aires flag pattern, and then dark blue paneling circling around the heel with Paris flag imprints. Further City Pack references can be found on the Three Stripes’ Boston green and Tokyo black coloring as well as on the New York orange heel tab.
2020 also marks the 25th anniversary of size?, a milestone the brand will continue to celebrate through December. Stay tuned to SoleSavy for further details and confirmed release date.
