Sneaker Release Recap August 15 – 20

It’s the middle of the month, and we’re still in a heatwave regarding sneaker releases. This week we saw the release of the AMBUSH x Nike Air Adjust Force, the return of the Air Jordan 13 ‘French Blue,’ and a tumultuous release of the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog ‘Cobbler,’ here are all the releases and restocks of last week.

FCFS (first come, first serve) Release Shoutouts

  • Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clogs ‘Cobbler’:Password protected drop, password provided through email 30 minutes before the drop. The original drop on August 18th was disastrous; some were able to start getting into the queue before the website opened, leading to 400+ minute queues when the website did open. The website was shut off at 12:30. The second drop happened at the same time on August 19th, and the password was sent 10 minutes before the drop. While the drop did go smoother than the first day, the lack of bot protection led to long queue times of over 90 minutes. Shoes sold out within 5 minutes.
  • Nike x AMBUSH Air Adjust Force Pack: Straightforward cop. Still in stock at most stores that dropped them
  • Thisisneverthat x New Balance: Both the 1906R and 2002$R dropped on New Balance US with 70 pairs of each. Some boutiques dropped both pairs unannounced with limited stock
  • Air Jordan 13 ‘French Blue’: Straightforward cop. Still in stock at most of the stores that dropped them
  • Yeezy Boost v2 ‘Vanta: Wide restock and pretty straightforward cop. While in stock now, it’s likely to be removed before they sell out as per Yeezy policy to ship back any unsold pairs

Restocks

  • Nike Dunk Low ‘Panda’ GS restocks through Shoepalace of over 3000 pairs
  • Air Jordan 4 ‘Infrared’ restocks at Capsule and Size CA
  • Nike Dunk High ‘Black/White’ sees 936 pairs restock on Oneness on Tuesday, August 16, and a 414 pair restock on August 17
  • Bape restocked their New Balance 2002r collab in both colorways on August 18
  • Canary Yellow restocks the Woman’s Air Jordan 4 x Off-White on August 19th at 10:00 AM EST

Drop Monitor Keywords

  • “Dunk” Dunks continue to show up in the monitors in a number of different colorways, including the popular ‘Panda’ Pair. Definitely worth having Dunks in your keywords to stay on top of these restocks

quotes

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
