The Whitaker Group continues to expand more than just its coveted sneaker collaborations. Earlier this month, Social Status opened its doors for its new Baltimore space. Located at 904 South Broadway in the heart of the Fells Point neighborhood, the new space will serve as both a retail location and beSocial community hub. The 1,800 square feet location embodies the premium and elevated experience that consumers have come to expect from Social Status.
A Social Status Baltimore t-shirt, crewneck, and tote were available for its grand opening before selling out within a few hours.
The opening weekend’s beSocial programming included a pop-up by Taharka Brothers Ice Cream, the launch of Yoga to be hosted on the rooftop and the adjacent pier, Black Excellence Renaissance youth programming in the 3rd Floor beSocial hub, and a coloring book experience for young children of the city.
