School is back in session, but the releases are hardly slowing down.
This week, we find Jeremy Scott and adidas making it official again after numerous years off while Jordan Brand brings back one of its most coveted L’Style retroes to ever release.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Forum Wings 1.0 “Money”
- The adidas Forum High debuted in 1984 as a luxury basketball shoe set to tip the scales by retailing at a then-outrageous $100. In the ‘80s, the Forum High was a status symbol in the streets thanks to its prestigious price point and a go-to favorite on the court for Patrick Ewing as a rookie on the New York Knicks. Much like the Nike Dunk of the same era, the Forum found fame in the 2000s off the court by way of below ankle skate styling and countless casual collaborations.
- Back with the brand, this collaboration reintroduces Jeremy Scott’s polarizing partnership with adidas. This “Money” makeup was originally released in 2003 to the tune of 100 pairs, later launched in Wings 2.0 fashion in 2015.
- Rumored to be limited, this collaboration is slated to release for $160 on the adidas Confirmed App and at select retailers like END.

Nike Dunk Low Grey/Pink
- The Nike Dunk first released over the course of the 1985-86 basketball season with a focus on the collegiate level. A slew of two-tone takes tied to the top college programs across the country were worn on court by bright NCAA talent and sold to the public just the same.
- Like previous Sportswear styles released in 2021, this casual colorway bears Be True to Your School styling in regard to blocking but leans to lifestyle by using soft grey and pink tones.
- Releasing in women’s sizing, pairs will be available at Finish Line, JD Sports, and SNKRS.

Air Jordan 1 Low “Starfish”
- Peter Moore’s transcendent Air Jordan 1 originally launched in high top, low top, and canvas KO form. While reports vary as to whether the Air Jordan 1 Low debuted at retail in 1985 or 1986, the shoe has remained in and out of Jordan Brand’s rotation of releases since the early 2000s.
- This “Starfish” style brings back the same orange hue explored on the Air Jordan 4 of identical nicknaming. Famously, the combination of orange, black and white has been likened to the “Shattered Backboard” story when seen on an Air Jordan 1.
- Pairs will retail for $130 and release via SNKRS.

Kerwin Frost x adidas Superstar “Superstuffed”
- The adidas Superstar was born as a basketball shoe in 1969. At one point in the 1970s, over 75% of the NBA was playing in the shoe. By the 1980s, the model was a staple of street culture thanks to its rich history and renowned rebranding by Run-DMC.
- Known for his candid, DIY event coverage and conversations, Kerwin Frost’s love of fashion and sense of humor informs his collaborations with adidas. This oversized adidas Superstar appears five sizes bigger than its actual size, padded inside for a form fit and clown shoe appearance.
- Pairs will be released through the adidas Confirmed App as part of the brand’s Member’s Week.

fragment Design x sacai x Nike LDV Waffle
- The Nike LDWaffle is a sacai introduced silo that stacks the archical Nike LDV and Nike Waffle Racer for a protruding take on retro running fit for the runway.
- Sacai and Nike have a long history of collaborating together with projects ranging from coveted footwear releases to fashionable yet functional outerwear pieces and even performance tennis gear for Naomi Osaka. fragment Design is Hiroshi Fujiwara’s celebrated brand that recently worked on Travis Scott’s latest Air Jordan 1.
- This three-way collaboration will be released through SNKRS with CLOT and UNDERCOVER also getting in on the LDWaffle fun in the near future.
Nike Air Presto “What The”
- The Nike Air Presto running shoe debuted in 2000 and was dubbed as the t-shirt for your feet. Using stretch styling and a snug fit, pairs were presented in shirt sizing like S, M, L, XL that could cater to a wider range than half sizes seen in sneakers. Tobie Hatfield, brother of Tinker, worked on this project that’s origin dates back to a 1996 production meeting in Korea.
- This “What The” pair follows the earlier “Origins” iteration, paying tribute to the original themes that covered the first run of Presto releases.
- The five dots featured on the midsole are the marking of Nike’s Alpha Project design category which includes famous favorites like the Kukini, Flightposite franchise, original Shox series, and countless oddities.
Nike Air Max 90 “Laser”
- Released appropriately in 1990, the Nike Air Max 90 also known as the Air Max III was yet another breakthrough from the touted Tinker Hatfield. The performance running shoe featured sturdier ethos introduced on the pivotal Air Max 1 to include TPU support, a sloped stance, and a larger Air unit.
- Reviving laser etching technology made famous on Nike Dunks, LeBrons, and the Air Jordan XX in the mid-2000s, this mahogany make up avoids traditional paneling for a smooth look that looks like carved wood.
- Capped off by a semi-translucent sole, this premium Air Max 90 runs $200 through SNKRS.
Nike Air Huarache “Deep Magenta”
- Debuted in 1991, Nike Air Huarache changed the world of running. Meant to be minimalist, Huarache lockdown was a case study in reduction with the name and styling deriving from South American sandals. Backed by the neoprene fit of a waterski boot and bolstered by a leather exoskeleton, the famous ads from the ‘90s asked runners, “Have you hugged your foot today?”
- Designed by Tinker Hatfield with help from Mark Parker and Hiroshi Fujiwara, the original Nike Air Huarache was an early example of the latter named HTM collective collaborating.
- An original colorway from 1991, this “Deep Magenta” makeup returns to SNKRS for $120 a pop.
Nike Zoom Freak 3 “Orange Freak”
- The Nike Zoom Freak 3 is the latest signature sneaker for reigning NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo. This low-top model features Zoom Air cushioning, backwards branding, and a midfoot strap – a first for this series.
- This bright “Freak Orange” iteration debuted on the feet of former teammate PJ Tucker, appearing in action against the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Finals.
- Retailing for $120, the Freak 3 will be available at Nike Basketball accounts worldwide.
Pharrell x adidas Human Race Sichona
- Pharrell Williams is a producer, rapper, and singer famous for his work as a member of The Neptunes and NERD. Having worked with adidas since 2014, the multi-talented artist has revised classics like the Superstar while introducing new models such as the NMD Hu and Crazy BYW.
- New for 2021, the Human Race Sichona draws from the Dakota term tied to connecting with the earth. Thus, the shoe features an anatomical approach that’s barefoot in intention from its sock-styled Primeknit upper to its curved TPU sole.
- This new silo will debut on the adidas Confirmed App.

Air Jordan 4 “Lightning”
- The Air Jordan 4 was released in 1989 and was worn on court by Michael Jordan to finish the 1988-89 NBA Season and to begin the 1989-90 NBA Season. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the Air Jordan 4 was famed for its implementation of visible mesh, Air cushioning, and Flight script tongue.
- First launched in 2006, the “Lightning” 4 was a limited L’Style launch packaged with a matching t-shirt. The bright shoes paid tribute to the loud jackets worn by Michael Jordan’s racing team.
- Much more available this go-round, the Air Jordan 4 “Lightning” returns to Jordan Brand accounts for $200.
Nike Dunk High 85 “Acid Wash”
- Designed by the great Peter Moore, the Nike Dunk debuted in 1985 as a way to bring color and team spirit to college basketball. Since then, the shoe has crossed over to various categories with the Nike Dunk High “Acid Wash” Pack serving as a Nike Sportswear drop.
- This “Acid Wash” pack plays off the Dunk’s vintage appeal, pre-aged in color treatment and sporting the same collar cut as the recent UNDERCOVER collaboration.
- SNKRS will sell these “Acid Wash” renditions for $130 in men’s sizing.
