I’ve got quite a few of the same questions today so let me just go through some of them
Can you use the Supreme Mobile App?
Yes you can use the App, but unless you’ve already placed an order through the app to save your address, I would not recommend this. The App often hangs at the add to cart request as traffic increases and doesnt display the checkout button once it’s been carted
If I want more than just the Box Logo can I go for them in the same order?
I would not recommend trying to purchase anything else with the Box Logos as they will sell out ridiculously fast. Focus on the Box Logo first if that’s what you’re after and then go back and try for any other items you may want
Will the Supreme Monitor pick up the Box Logos at drop time?
Yes it will, but you shouldnt use this at drop time, as it will pick up slower than you being able to simply refresh to click through yourself. The monitor is great and should be used for restocks. Never for initial drops on Supreme
Can I Use PayPal?
Paypal is now a payment option on Supreme US, but there is no sort of cart hold while you complete your payment so I would not use it as it is always significantly slower than regular credit card payment
If you wish to save your address on Supreme ahead of tomorrow morning’s release, I would make a small purchase right now and be sure to click the Save Address for Future Orders button. This will save you a few seconds at drop time
You may also try saving your address using the Chrome Autofill Extention. Some people have said this stopped working for them, but I haven’t had any issues personally
Instead of manually hitting the refresh button over and over again, you can also just click the collections links on the left side which will refresh the page as well
For almost every Box Logo release in recent years, there has been a big restock within the first hour after release time. Many people have been able to cop off these restocks in the past, so If you are able to cart the Box Logos but not complete your order, do not remove it from your cart. Keep notifications on for #_monitor-supreme and bookmark the checkout link in your browser. If you see your size/colour restock, you can immediately click the checkout tab, fill out your information and click complete order
Supreme has been making more stock of Box Logos in recent years, but that does not mean things will be an easier cop. There will be hundreds of thousands of people trying for these and demand will always outweigh supply. The site will lag hard and has crashed on previous box logo drops. You have to be fast and be ready for a ton of errors
If you’ve had issues with Card Declines in the past, the trick that still works for me is to enter your postal code as normal, followed by the 3 numberic values and then followed by 00 (ex. L4B8H4 to L4B8H448400). This will not work for everyone, but has worked for a lot of people in the past. Only try this if you’ve had issues with card declines in the past
