The Whitaker Group has earned a reputation for being one of the best storytelling companies in the sneaker industry, and now they’ve teamed up with New Balance for a multiyear partnership. The first release from the duo comes on two colorways of the New Balance 9060 via a “Missing Pieces” story. As usual, the sneakers are accompanied by a video connecting the sneakers to an inspirational message to the youth about taking action to achieve their dreams.
The video introduces two young girls and their shared vision for starting a podcast. Two new colorways of the New Balance 9060 can be spotted on foot in a Daydream Blue and Silver Moss Green. The sneakers are set to release on September 28th at 11AM EST online and in-store at A Ma Maniére, Social Status, APB and Prosper. Footwear is priced at $170 in Adult sizing ranging from Men’s 4/Women’s 5.5 – Men’s 14/ Women’s 15.5.
