TIGHTBOOTH’s Take on the Nike SB Dunk Low

The Japanese skate shop, TIGHTBOOTH, becomes the latest collaborator to add to the Nike Dunk Low SB series. TIGHTBOOTH was founded in Osaka, Japan in 2005 by Shinpei Ueno.

With black suede for its base, the TIGHTBOOTH x Nike Dunk Low SB features abstract patterns carved into the creme-like panels contrasted by orange hits. Its lateral reflective black Swoosh carries an orange tag reading “TIGHTBOOTH.” Skateboarders rejoice as the enormous fat tongue returns in black with white dots, boasting dual branding. Other details include a black midsole, white outsole, and multiple pairs of shoelaces. The silhouette will receive a commemorative box.

Nike isn’t a stranger to working with Japanese designers and fashion labels, having recently joined forces with fellow Japanese brand and longtime collaborator Fragment Design and CLOT on the Nike x CLOT x Fragment Dunk Low

The TIGHTBOOTH x Nike Dunk Low SB will release exclusively in skate shops as part of the Nike SB line. There isn’t an official release date yet, but we anticipate the silhouette to release later this year and retail for $135.
