What mobile browser should I use?

  • On iOS: Either Safari or Chrome are preferred as they both support Apple Pay.
  • On Android: Any browser should be largely the same.

What payment method should I use?

  • The best option for either device is Shop Pay, it is the fastest and supported directly by the Shopify platform. Users in the USA can also get Shop Cash to save on future orders.
  • However, with Shop Pay you will want need to do Mobile Verification via SMS so we recommend going to Shop.app every 1-2 days and verifying your device in advance.
  • We also highly recommend setting up Apple Pay on iOS and Google Pay on Android as those will be the fastest ways to checkout on mobile.

How do I maximize success when checking out on mobile?

  • Check the release calendar every week and use only the recommend keywords.
  • Use Size match and choose your preferred region to make your results more relevant.
  • Set up Shop Pay Apple Pay/Google Pay.

How do Mobile Plus users set up Autofill on iOS / Android?

  • On iOS: Autofill can be set up by heading into the contacts app and editing your personal contact card. Search for your name in your contacts to find it.
    • To fill out your payment information, go to the Settings app → Safari → under General, look for Autofill. Under Autofill → Saved Credit Cards.
  • On Android: Autofill can be set up inside of whichever default browser you use. If using Google Chrome, autofill can be found under Preferences inside the app.
  • In addition to setting up autofill in your browser, make sure you have Apple Pay and Google Pay enabled.

Are there retailers that are better for mobile than others?

  • Refer to each release’s Release Guide for our recommended list of retailers that will give you the best chance of copping on drop day.
  • Note that some retailers such as Undefeated will require you to have an account before checking out. We always recommend setting up accounts with the retailers in advance.
  • Some of the best retailers for releases are UNDFTD, DTLR, ShoePalace, CNCPTS (login required).

I missed on the drop – what do I do?

  • Don’t remove your keywords! After a sneaker’s initial drop, there is a good chance that it will randomly restock days or weeks afterwards due to retailers potentially receiving late shipments or canceling orders from the initial release.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
