All eyes are on Tom Brady this season. Aside from looking to add another Super Bowl ring to his trophy room, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is drawing attention regarding his Under Armour deal.

As mentioned in our recent story, Scouting Report: Sneaker Storylines Ahead NFL Kickoff ’21, Brady won’t be wearing any Under Armour on-field this season.

As reported by the Financial Times earlier this year, Under Armour and the NFL had ended their on-field licensing agreement, resulting in the UA logo not being allowed to show up on the gridiron. The prime advertising of Brady in Under Armour gloves and cleats is no more as a result of the licensing agreement not being re-upped.

Though it may be his last season in the league, it’ll be a missed opportunity for Under Armour to have a defending Super Bowl champ not be properly outfitted.
