Japanese Skater Yuto Horigome Is Getting His Own Nike SB Dunk Low

Yuto Horigome Nike SB Dunk Low

Japanese skater Yuto Horigome is already on the map after winning the first Olympic gold medal for the sport, and he’s about to be on sneakerheads’ radar, too, with his first Nike SB Dunk Low.

Leaked images have revealed Horigome is getting his own version of the iconic skate shoe in a neutral color palette. Smooth white leather forms the base, as the same material is used for a grey Swoosh. An additional grey in suede makes up the overlays, with brown suede at the collar and a slight hit of pink also in suede forming the mustache. Beneath a white midsole is a brown outsole, which is broken up by another hit of pink on the inset Nike SB logo. Laces also come in a Neapolitan array with options for white, brown, or pink.

Personal flourishes include a crossed feather logo stitched toward the bottom of the lateral rear strap and Horigome’s name appearing on the tongue tag. The feather logo repeats on the insole, this time in scattershot form along with the Nike SB mark.

Images of Horigome’s SB Dunk Low were leaked by @iamricosuav, so we’ll still have to wait for an official look at the sneaker along with firm release details. Download the DROPS by SoleSavy app as we keep you informed for updates on this pair of kicks and more.
