The adidas Crazy 1 “Lakers Home” is Returning

Adidas continues to celebrate the legacy of Kobe Bryant and the adidas Crazy 1. The shoeâ€s unique shape and storied history have cemented the shoe in sneaker history forever. After revealing a new colorway in Lakers’ purple recently, Kobeâ€s Audi TT Roadster-inspired sneaker is getting a retro colorway inspired by the teamâ€s home jerseys. The colorway famously donned the Black Mamba’s feet on route to the 2002 championship. 

Initially released to the public 2006, the adidas Crazy 1 “Lakers Home” colorway features a white base on its molded upper. Details of yellow add a bit of pop to the sockliner, mesh ankle collar, and outsole. Purple hints appear on the toecap, midsole,  adidas branding on the tongue, and the spoiler on the heel. The adidas Crazy 1 “Lakers Home” is set to release on November 11 via select retailers. The price tag has been set at $140.
