2023 marks the 25th anniversary of the legendary Air Jordan 13, and there’s no better way to celebrate its birthday than by rereleasing one of its most storied colorways. Though dubbed the “Playoffs”, the His Airness actually debuted the colorway at the 1998 All-Star Game at Madison Square Garden in NYC. Last seen in 2011, it has been some time since we’ve seen this signature piece in the Air Jordan legacy.
The upcoming Air Jordan 13 “Playoffs” is keeping in line with the 1998s OG and comes with a black tumbled leather upper and matching black suede accents on the mudguard and tongue. Yellow accents appear on the tongue and eyelets while hints of red appear on the Jumpman logo on the tongue and the sneaker’s outsole. The silhouette’s staple hologram on the lateral sides completes the look.
The Air Jordan 13 “Playoffs” is set to release during All-Star weekend on February 18 via Nike and select retailers. The retail price is set at $210.
