The NBA’s newly awarded Rookie of the Year, Victor Wembanyama, has a game that looks like it’s from the future or outer space. His yet-to-be-unveiled signature sneaker is also from the future. We got a glimpse of what it could look like when Nike showed off a prototype in Paris last month, but until then, Wemby fans can rep the French star with his G.T. Hustle 2 PE. The colorway, logo, and viral ‘Aliens Are Real’ commercial all play into Wemby’s extraterrestrial game.
Wemby’s Nike G.T. Hustle 2 comes dressed in black with different green hues, including a glow-in-the-dark outsole. Other details include a reflective chrome Nike Swoosh, the alien logo on the heel, and the “Be Unique Every Day” message on the translucent outsoles. The Nike G.T. Hustle 2 “Victor Wembanyama” will be released on May 15 at 7 AM PST for $170.
