The Nike Air Kukini has been bubbling up as of late with its return and now it looks as if that swell is ready to overflow. The sneaker released in 2000 was truly a shoe of the future with its laceless design and unique caged make-up. Now, one of the most recognizable colorways of the quirky kicks is making its return to the scene.
The classic “Water” colorway with its beautiful ocean blue pattern is making a return. Last seen during the sneaker’s initial release, the “Water” color is still one of the most well-remembered colorways of the Nike Air Kukini. The silhouette features an entirely neoprene upper and a clear, soft TPU overlay cage. Black nubuck accents appear on the toe, tongue, and heel counter.
A release date for the Nike Air Kukini “Water” has yet to be announced but look for it to be released via Nike. The retail price is set at $120. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will prepare members for drop day.
