After having been teased in their S/S ’21 lookbook last year, sacai’s Nike VaporWaffle in the “Purple Iris” colorway is finally releasing soon. Pictured below, the shoe’s upper is composed primarily of deep purple nylon with tobacco brown accenting featured throughout in the form of Swooshes, heel tabs, and sock liner. Dark purple leather is used on the heel counter while similarly dyed suede is used for the lace stays and mudguard. The shoe’s signature double-stacked midsole remains in white/cream tones.
