PUMA and Dapper Dan Team Up for Second Collaboration

“I did to fashion what hip hop did to music, what jazz did to music, what we’ve always done to music.”

PUMA and the legendary fashion icon Dapper Dan are linking up once again following their KITH exclusive team-up back in October. The haberdasher that dressed all of the hip-hop icons is getting a limited five-piece run inspired by PUMA’s heritage and powered by Dan’s fabled workmanship.

The collection draws inspiration from the pre-game runway and comes with a luxurious, upcycled look featuring knitted materials and all-over monogram designs.  The collection includes the iconic PUMA T7 tracksuit covered in a bold print with ‘DDP’ branding celebrating the union of the two legends and co-branding on the back of the kaclet, two t-shirts with ‘DDP’ branding in rhinestones, and a hooded padded jacket with Dap’s signature rhinestones taking center stage on the back and hood and a reversible side baring an artistic depiction of a puma emerging from flames , as well as the classic PUMA Clyde remixed to feature the same eye-catching print as the T7 tracksuit.

That isn’t all Dap has cooked up with PUMA, however, as he is set to tour select retailers in a freshly wrapped Dapper Dan car for launch day. On top of the tour, he also gave the PUMA jet his signature touch by redesigning the interior with the PUMA x Dapper Dan print.

This limited PUMA x Dapper Dan capsule collection will be available globally at Atmos, Extra Butter, Concepts, Bodega, Social Status, and other select retailers on January 14, and prices range from $70-$300.
