Now, it looks like Nike has taken notice and will give athletes beyond basketball a chance to rep Kobe sneakers while playing. According to House of Heat, the famous Kobe 6 Grinch colorway will come to life on the Nike Vapor Edge football cleat this holiday season. The original Nike Kobe 6 “Grinch” debuted and was released on Christmas Day, 2010. A Protro of the sneaker dropped in 2020, and the follow-up “Reverse Grinch” colorway was released in 2023.
