The brand with the three stripes is in the Holiday spirit.

This week, adidas has launched its first-ever edition of ‘Community Archives’. The zine spotlights the hidden and untold stories of the individuals who have shaped sport, culture, and community. Rooted in adidas’ long-standing grassroots impact, the zine aims to honor these changemakers while inspiring the next generation to carry the legacy forward.

Over the past five years, adidas has worked with community leaders, cultural creators, youth programs, and purpose-driven partners to build a shared ecosystem of impact. Community Archives reflect that work, serving as both a celebration and a living record of the milestones, movements, and collaborators that have defined this journey.

The zine spotlights a wide range of Black & Brown voices whose leadership exemplifies this impact, including Wanda Cooper-Jones (mother of Ahmaud Arbery & social justice leader), Dr. D’Wayne Edwards (Founder & President of Pensole Lewis College, first & only design-focused HBCU), Candace Parker (WNBA All-Star & President of adidas Women’s Basketball), along with other WNBA stars like Aliyah Boston, Erica Wheeler, and Nneka Ogwumike, among other athletes and community leaders.

“As you turn these pages, I invite you to see beyond the words and photographs—see the dreams that are unfolding, the futures being built, and the enduring truth that one life can spark a movement of change. May this zine serve as both a celebration of what we have accomplished and a call to continue the work of lifting young people higher.”

– Wanda Cooper-Jones, Mother of Ahmaud Arbery & Founder · Ahmaud Arbery Foundation

“These are our stories—archived. A beautiful expression of community in action. The quiet acts of courage, the bold leaps of faith, the undeniable potential of every young person we’ve connected with—a gentle reminder of how, together, we transcended a moment in time to shape a movement. Powered by sport. Powered by you.”

– Ayesha Martin, Senior Director of adidas Purpose Marketing

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
