  • Who is SoleSavy For?

    Our community is for every type of sneaker enthusiast, from OG’s to newcomers. Please note that we only accept people who are passionate about sneakers and reject those who are looking to exploit sneakers to make money with bots or reselling.

  • Can I join if I live outside of the US or Canada?

    Yes. We understand the challenges of purchasing sneakers outside of the US & Canada and we’re here to help. We caveat that depending on your location and shipping methods available for a release, you may not be eligible to purchase shoes.

  • How do SoleSavy sneaker monitors work?

    The moment a sneaker is made available to buy online at a retailer, our sneaker monitors detect it and send instant links to our members to purchase. These notifications are sent faster than any human can tweet or share, thus giving you a major advantage over the competition.

  • What stores does SoleSavy monitor?

    We monitor over 500 websites around the world such as KITH, Livestock, Haven, Sneaker Politics, UNDFTD, Hanon, One Block Down, END Clothing, Mr Porter, Tres Bien, and many more. We also monitor brands like Nike, Supreme, New Balance, Fear of God, Aimé Leon Dore, KAWS, Palace, and more.

  • What exclusive deals do SoleSavy members have access to?

    We work with retailers and brands around the world to secure promotions and always-on discounts for our members. In the past, SoleSavy members have shopped 25% off Jordans on release day and 30% off at boutiques in the US.   • What exclusive information do SoleSavy members benefit from?

    We help our members stay on top of all releases, even those that are unanticipated aka “shock drops.” This includes surprise releases for Jordan, Off-White, Yeezy, Travis Scott collaborations and more.

  • Does SoleSavy resell sneakers?

    No, we do not resell sneakers or condone reselling sneakers for profit. However, SoleSavy does periodically offer limited sneakers to our members at retail.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes, you are free to cancel anytime but your subscription will not end until the current billing cycle completes.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No, we do not offer refunds for memberships or purchases in our store. All sales are final.
