It looks like adidas is gearing up to add a much needed injection of excitement into their Ultra Boost line. When the sneaker originally debuted in 2015, it released as part of a series called the Ultra Boost Collective. Now it looks like adidas is bringing this back for a new series of Consortium drops this year.
Instead of the usual suspects, adidas has tapped Engineered Garments, Kinfolk, Études and A Kind of Guise to create a pair of Ultra Boost. This is an interesting move and should lead to some more creative and exciting collaborations then what we saw in 2017.
When this collection does release, it will be available at Livestock, Haven, OTH and NRML. The first drop will be July 28 at A Kind of Guise for their design (pictured here) and then August 25 in Canada.
