The adidas Trae Young 1 “Ice Trae” Releases Next Week

The wait is finally over. Trae Young’s signature shoe with adidas is coming soon. The release of the Trae Young 1 arrives months after the guard shut Madison Square Garden up with his play and just weeks before the 2021-2022 NBA season tips-off. Channeling his “Ice Trae” nickname, the upcoming colorway doubles down on the Atlanta Hawks guard.

The ice-cold colorway also includes red details, a polar bear on the heel, and an iced-out #11 printed on the insoles. The low-cut features the TY logo at the tongue, Rayford Trae Young writing at the heel pull tab, and is constructed with Lightstrike and Boost cushioning.

The adidas Trae Young 1 “Ice Trae” releases on October 1 for $140 on adidas.com and select retailers. As always, our sneaker monitors and release day strategy will have members ready for drop day.
