The long rumoured and previewed adidas x Dragon Ball Z collection makes it’s debut this weekend with the initial release that features Frieza’s Yung-1 and Son Goku’s ZX500.

The rumoured stock of “1,000 units” worldwide is false. With that said, these were still not produced at a large quantity. All indications on our end point to this being a limited release.
The problem at hand is adidas and boutiques did not think these would sell well enough at high quantity production. We’re told that when orders for production were placed the numbers requested were low. This presented a poor forecast for adidas as the feedback they received from retailers was bad.
This is clearly a mistake on everyones part for the initial two releases. The Frieza and Son Goku editions are easily two of the best in the entire collection and will likely be the most in demand. The rest of the collection may be properly stocked because they won’t be as sought after. We highly recommend entering worldwide raffles.

Both shoes will release on adidas.ca in the queue style waiting room found for Yeezy releases. Stock for Son Goku is expected to push 150 pairs and 120 pairs for Frieza.

Livestock will NOT release any pairs in-stores and will only release them online. The only release time is set for 9PM PST on the 28th. Make sure to login to your Livestock account, do a pre-cart 5 minutes before release and use the monitors if you have Tier Zero access.
InfluenceU will release both shoes at 10AM EST online only on the 29th. Make an account with them now so you can check out at release. They are not shopify.
Sam Tabak will release the Son Goku sneaker at 9PM PST on the 28th. They are shopify based!

adidas Originals stores in Toronto, Markville, Montreal, Vancouver will have roughly 30 pairs of each shoe available FCFS in-store on Saturday
