After months of waiting, a familiar face makes an appearance with the adidas Yeezy restock around the corner. The Yeezy Desert Boot “Salt” was initially supposed to release with the “Rock” colorway last winter but was called off when adidas and Kanye West parted ways.
Like most Yeezy Desert Boots, the “Salt” colorway consists of mesh and suede across the upper and midsole in shades of light grey. Three Stripes unveiled and released its first Yeezy Desert Boot in 2019 for $200, and received mixed reactions because of its design. Ye and adidas drew inspiration from military and utility boots.
We expect other colorways to become available when the Yeezy restock goes live towards the end of this month. An official restock date has not been confirmed, so keep your phones close and credit cards even closer.
In case you missed it, last week, adidas announced it would sell its remaining Yeezy stock and make donations to organizations against hate and discrimination instead of destroying the leftover inventory.
